Notes: Formerly, located at 67 East 113th Street (according to the 1900/1901 American Jewish Year Book). Per WPA 1939 survey- Subsequently merged with Peni-El Cong. and formed the Unity Synagogue at 130 W. 79th St (1926-1927). Later split and worshipped as Mt. Zion 150 W 135 (1927-1929). Then merged with Temple of the Covenant at 612 W 180 (1929-36). After this merger ended in 1937, took back name of Mt. Zion, worshipping at 257 W 93 (1937-38). In 1938, moved to 135 W 70. NOTE: AJYB 1900/1901, AJYB 1917/1918 & JCR 1917 list date founded as 1888, not 1897.
