According to the 1939 WPA Survey, the First Zalositzer Congregation Ahawath Achim, also known as the Erste Zalositzer K.U.V. or the First Zalozitzer (sic) Sick Benevolent Society was then located at 133 Norfolk Street, had been organized in 1892, and had previously been located at 118 Ridge Street from 1892 to 1933.
