Notes: There are four towns in Ukraine called Sokolov. Goerck Street no longer exists. It was renamed Baruch Place in 1939. Most of it has since been demapped. According to the 1907/1908 American Jewish Year Book, the name was Anshe Yosher, First Sokolov and the address was 218 East 2nd Street, New York, NY 10009. Listed as Defunct in the 1939 WPA Survey at 114 Goerck Street.
