Notes: According to the 1939 WPA Survey, the congregation had formerly been known as Anshei Mielo Achsudum, which was established in 1883. In 1896, it merged with Chevra Bnei Heida, and in 1905 it was chartered under the present congregation. The three-story building was dedicated in 1911. This may possibly be the same as Beth Haknesseth Anshei Mieletz, found at the same address.
