CJH reference staff understands that it may be difficult for some readers to use materials during the workweek, and we are happy to offer access on Sundays by appointment only. If you cannot use the collections during regular business hours, please contact Melanie Meyers (email@example.com) to make an appointment for Sunday use. Please contact us and confirm your appointment before you make any reservations for materials in the online system; requests placed for Sunday use without an appointment on the calendar will be cancelled. No walk-ins will be accepted. All Sunday appointments are scheduled based on staff and materials availability, so we strongly encourage you to contact us at least two weeks in advance in order to make sure we can accommodate you. If your plans change and you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for Sunday, please do so by 12 noon on the preceding Friday. If you do not come as scheduled, and do not notify us in advance, then you will have to use the collection materials during our regularly scheduled hours.
